LIDL Health Factor Tour
The Lidl Health Factor Tour (Lidl Scotland) stopped at St Michael’s today. Starting on the Lidl Health Factor Tour Bus pupils entered the Smoothie Deck and created their very own smoothie, choosing from a selection of quality fresh ingredients, to take away in their very own smoothie shaker cup. Moving outside the pupils then learned about the importance of exercise and the resultant effect on their hearts by using a heart rate monitor to keep track of any changes in their body!
